1. DELIVERY TIMES
Once your orders are confirmed, they are carefully packaged and handed over to our contracted shipping companies. The estimated delivery times based on the region of your delivery address are as follows:
Turkey: 1 - 3 business days
European Countries: 5 - 7 business days
Other Countries: 7 days
Note: Weekends and official holidays are not included as business days. Delivery times may vary during campaign periods, official holidays, or due to customs processes.
2. FREE SHIPPING CAMPAIGN AND PRICING
To provide you with a more advantageous shopping experience, we cover the shipping fee for orders above certain amounts:
Domestic Orders within Turkey: Shipping is free for all purchases of 2000 ₺ and above. (For orders under 2000 ₺, the shipping fee is reflected in your cart at the checkout step.)
International Orders (Europe and Other Countries): Shipping is free for all purchases of 100 USD and above. (For international orders under 100 USD, the shipping fee is automatically calculated on the payment page based on the destination country.)
3. ORDER TRACKING
When your order is handed over to the courier, a "Cargo Tracking Number" will be sent to the email address you used while creating your account. Thanks to this number, you can instantly track where your order is through the relevant shipping company's website.
4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES (For International Orders)
For orders placed from outside Turkey, additional customs duties or import fees may arise depending on the legal regulations and customs policies of the destination country. Such additional costs and taxes that may occur at customs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer (customer).
