DELIVERY is FREE for orders worth ₺300 and above on İstekpazar.com. The average delivery time for your order is 2-4 business days after it has been dispatched. 

In some cases, there may be a delay of 1-2 days due to stock problems. Delivery times vary by province. If your address is Istanbul and nearby provinces, it will be delivered to your address on the first business day after dispatch, and for other provinces, it will be delivered to your address within 2-4 business days after dispatch. 

If you choose the payment method at the door, the freight agent will ask you to pay the invoice price and then deliver the shipment. Delivery is carried out to some addresses, especially those remote from the center, on the day of Mobile Delivery. Mobile delivery day varies depending on your address.

You can place an order with the cash on delivery option. When placing an order, select “Cash on Delivery” - “Cash or Credit Card” in the “Cart” section. 

You do not need to provide cash or credit card as your payment method at the door. Payment can be made at the entrance at a time convenient for you! 

Credit card Online payment 

Payment can be made in cash or by credit card in installments (up to 9 payments - Turkish credit cards only). Using a credit card in installments is available with some banks. Your credit card information is not stored by us in any way. Our site uses a 128-bit security certificate (SSL) and your information is sent to the banking system where collection will be made at the time of payment. When you request a refund, the bank will refund the money to the card you used to make the purchase through the same system.

Your card must be open for online purchases. If it is not open, it can be opened by calling the bank or through the application.
