Exchange & return 

You can exchange any product you have purchased from İstekpazar.com within the same day it is received, provided that it is unused and its packaging is undamaged. 

The product you want to exchange must not have lost its resellability and must not have been used. 

You must send the product or products to us in their own boxes via our contracted cargo. If the product you send has any deformation, perfume or sweat odor, it will be sent back to your address without processing, with a payment made. 

After sending the products, do not forget to get your Cargo Tracking Number from the cargo company. You can track whether the product has reached us with your cargo tracking number. 

In case of any change, you can send the product yourself by getting our address from our company. The departure and arrival fee belongs to the buyer. 

Some products you have purchased from İstekpazar.com cannot be RETURNED due to body contact and hygienic reasons.
